Rush: the Fifty Something Tour, two nights at Capital One Arena
The Canadian rock legends play Capital One Arena on Sunday, October 25 and Tuesday, October 27. Both shows start at 7:30 pm, with doors at 6:30. If you’ve got a dad, an uncle or a former drummer friend who air-drums to “Tom Sawyer”, this is the week to bring them to DC.
The arena’s listing has been a little inconsistent about ticket sales, so check the official event page for what’s available before you buy, and skip sketchy resale links. Rush at Capital One Arena
Our tip: the arena is exactly one block away, so you can have dinner in Chinatown, walk over when doors open, and be back in your capsule while everyone else is still squeezing onto the Gallery Place platform. On Tuesday the High Heel Race is going on up in Dupont the same night, so the city will be buzzing.
