Checking In
When you arrive at I Street Hostel you will have two options for check in depending on your arrival time. Be sure you have the Goki App installed to make your check in smoother.
Our Check in Desk is open from 8AM-1PM then 6PM-10PM every day and they will gladly help you out with getting checked in.
If you arrive in between or after those times you are welcome to use our self check in service. Just simply scan the QR code located near the front door and start the process. If you have no balance then you will be able to get your keys through Goki immediately.
Checking Out
Checking out is simple! With our Goki system you are automatically checked out of your space at 11:00AM so be sure to have your luggage and personal belongings removed.
Luggage
If you are a guest at I Street Hostel we off a luggage drop off for before and after your stay just simply leave it downstairs on the first floor near the check in desk. You will see a Luggage Drop Off sign! You can leave your luggage there while exploring or waiting for a flight just remember your front door code!!!
If you need a more secure option please speak to our staff and they can assist you with our locked luggage storage.
Chinatown/Nearby Area/Convention Center
We are in the middle of it, in the very center of Washington, DC. Practically everything is walking distance from here, with The Monuments, The Capitol, The Convention Center, all of the museums, Union Station, Capital One arena, and all of the cafes, bars, and restaurants. There isn’t physically a better location that one could stay, that could be more centrally located!
Parking
Parking can be a pain due to the proximity to I Street. So we highly encourage our guests to use the Spot Me App that can be found at the provided links below for your device.
Events
We offer a range of events both paid and free for our guests. They can be found on the Goki App! Just scroll down to the bottom and you will see them listed.
Free Breakfast
We’re happy to provide you with simple free breakfast! Each morning, we will have pancakes, waffles, bacon (supply permitting), coffee, tea, and usual condiments like sugar, salt, pepper, etc! All this in a fully equipped kitchen!
